Fairmont Rehabilitation Center is an Indiana-owned skilled nursing and rehabilitation center for older adults. It is Kokomo’s only Eden-registered care center, one of just four in the entire state. Fairmont is a small facility located on the campus of Community Howard Hospital, just four miles from the downtown area. Services offered include: short-term therapy, long-term care, Alzheimer’s care, respite care, hospice, and much more. Fairmont accepts Medicare, Medicaid, private pay, and many other insurance types.
