Waverly Heights
Waverly Heights, located in Gladwyne, Pa., is a nonprofit, continuing care retirement community. It is approved by the Continuing Care Accreditation Commission. The community provides independent living options to its residents through furnished apartments and villas. It provides various services and amenities, such as dining and health services, a library, dining room, coffee shop, swimming pool with Jacuzzi and reading room with computers. The dining services provided include nutritious meals and nutritional and diet counseling services. Waverly Heights s health services include on-site 24-hour health care, assisted living and skilled nursing care. It also provides transportation services to medical appointments and shopping and worship services. Additionally, the community provides recreational, educational and social activities and other activities, such as billiards, theater, gardening and fitness centers.

Waverly Place in Albany, OR is an elegant new state-of-the-art 70 bed assisted living and 21 bed memory care community which will also house our sister company, Wellness at Home, an in-home health care agency. Ridgeline Management Company is a leading senior housing management company based in Oregon. Ridgeline currently operates properties specializing in retirement, assisted living and memory care. Ridgeline has proudly overseen the design and construction of Waverly Place and will manage the operations upon opening.
