Heritage Senior Homes offers a new experience in retirement housing. Providing high-quality living without the high price tag, each apartment in the Heritage community occupies 540 square feet and includes a wide array of features and amenities. Anyone who is 62 years or older may apply for residence at Heritage Senior Homes. The building was constructed under an agreement with the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) specifically designed for low-income residents. Low-income means the family’s income must be at or below 50% of the area median income. Your rent will be approximately thirty percent (30%) of the adjusted monthly income of all residents in the unit.
