Caywood’s Youth Center
Caywood’s Youth Center is your premier Day Care Center that combines education and activities ased programs for children and the surrounding areas, ages 6 weeks to 12 years of age. Programs include Full Day Child Care, PreSchool, Before and After School, and School Age Summer Programs. Caywood’s Youth Center admit students of any race, color, ethic and religious background. CYC-Quincy is under the direction of Ron and Pat Caywood, Owners, with over 30 years experience in programs directly related to children and families, in the Quincy area since 2004. The Caywoods’s also currently own CYC-Waterloo, Illinois, since 1994. Kelley Giesing is the current Center Director. CYC is licensed by the Illinois Department of Children and Family Services, inspected annually, and re-licensed every three years. Annual inspections also conducted bythe local Health Department, and the Illinois State Fire Marshall’s office. Monthly inspections are conducted by a licensed RN due to havaing infants and toddlers enrolled.
