Crisp Regional Hospice
Crisp Regional Hospital we pride ourselves on serving the members of Crisp and surrounding counties. We continuously work to improve access to healthcare by adding new services, upgrading technology and focusing on quality. In addition, we make it a point to retain the compassionate and family-like atmosphere for which Crisp Regional Hospital has always been known. The Crisp Regional Health Services family is here to care for you and your loved one. Crisp Regional Hospital has provided affordable, high-quality medical care for the people of Crisp and surrounding counties. Over the years, we have seen many changes. Our new state-of-the-art, 65-bed hospital was built in 1990. In 1993 we organized our corporate structure and Crisp Regional Health Services was created to oversee the hospital and its’ other entities. With the restructuring of our organization came the addition of a home health program, a 143-bed nursing home, a retirement home, a hospice and home care program, a home health program, a dialysis facility and three rural health clinics in our bordering areas, along with one in Cordele. In addition, we have a comprehensive outpatient rehabilitation facility, Crisp Regional Rehab, located in close proximity to the medical community. While growing we have not lost sight of our mission to provide quality care and assistance in an efficient and caring manner. We provide care to all who need our services as near to their home as possible. We are simply neighbors caring for neighbors. We encourage you to read our mission and vision statements listed below. Our mission is to provide appropriate, quality care and assistance in maintaining good health in an efficient and caring manner to all who need our services and as near their home as possible. Our vision is to be a complete healthcare system, providing quality care for the entire life span of the citizens in our multi-county region with local inpatient and outpatient facilities, a wide range of home healthcare services and when necessary through affiliations with provider networks.
