Marian Manor Retirement Community
Established in 1989, Marian Manor is a nondenominational, nonprofit retirement community that is sponsored by the Catholic Diocese of Richmond and offers four levels of assisted living care. It operates a sister facility, Our Lady of Perpetual Help’s Nursing Center and the Christopher Center, which offers specialized Alzheimer’s disease, dementia, extensive assisted living and nursing care services. The facility s nursing center provides assistance with personal care and medication management. In addition, it provides opportunities for residents to participate in a variety of activities, such as gardening, crafts making and other professionally planned activities. Marian Manor is located in Virginia Beach, Va.
Marian Estates
Marian Estates is a full-service rehabilitation and adult care center. Founded by Maurice Reece, the center has been operational for more than 35 years. Located in Sublimity, Ore., it is approved by the Joint Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations and American Academy of Pain Management. Marian Estates offers a wide variety of services, such as long- and short-term and extended care, physical, speech, occupational and respiratory therapies, rebuilding skills training, home safety evaluation and discharge planning, and treatments for Alzheimer s disease and related memory impairing illnesses. The center also offers full-time pastoral care, chaplaincy services, therapeutic activities, monthly outings, pain management, palliative care, one-on-one interaction, respite care and special programs.
Marian Manor
Marian Manor, located in Pittsburgh, is a more than 180-bed nonprofit nursing facility that is committed to providing personal care, Alzheimer’s disease care, and intermediate and skilled care. The facility is spread over more than 25 acres, and offers both private and semi-private rooms with a range of amenities. It also offers a number of other facilities, such as 24-hour nursing care, private and semiprivate furnished bedroom with space for personal items, assistance with activities of daily living, infection control, and pharmacy services. Additionally, it provides dietary services, supervised dining, special diet needs, and housekeeping and laundry services. The organization accepts private pay, Medicare and Medicaid as payment sources.

Marian Manor is a licensed 39 bed assisted living facility located in Stafford, Virginia. We provide special services in the comfort of our home, in a country setting on 12 acres while tending to the needs of the residents. They maintain self-esteem and serenity in a quiet, relaxed ambiance. We are a private, family owned and operated home; which has provided care and services to the cognitively impaired for over 35 years. As a family, instead of a large corporation, we are able to help families with their financial burdens by offering compassionate care at affordable rates. Marian Manor is different from other assisted living facilities due to our “”””home-like”””” environment. We are small enough to know every resident on a personal level; their likes, dislikes and needs, yet large enough to provide personalized care with a staff ratio of 1:8. Licensed nurses oversee the care of every resident 24 hours a day which allows us to continue to care for the resident throughout the progression of the disease process, allowing the resident the reassurance of not having to move if a health decline occurs.
