ABC Home Healthcare is a full service, family owned private home care agency founded by Jeannette Sheehan, Family Nurse Practitioner and managed by licensed nurses and Certified Geriatric Case Managers. We work with Medicare providers, community resources and elder service agencies to maximize the services for you or your loved one in the most economical way. After an initial consultation with one of our nurse case managers, we'll work together with you and your family to develop a personalized, cost effective care plan. All services are available from a few hours up to 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and include nurse supervision. Services include: Home Health Aide, Homemaker, Companion, Live-In Caregiver, Private Duty Nursing, Medication Management, Hospice and Respite Care and more. Our office is staffed 7 days a week to better serve you.
