Advocate Hospice

It is a member of the National Hospice Organization, Illinois Hospice Association and Illinois Home Care Council. The center operates 24 hours a day, seven days a week. It is certified by Medicare and Medicaid and accredited by The Joint Commission. The center is a part of Advocate Health Care, which serves various health needs of individuals, families and communities in northern Illinois. Advocate Hospice is located in Downers Grove, Ill.
