Ascension Hospice

Borgess Hospice Services serves the medical, emotional, psychological and spiritual needs of the residents of Allegan, Barry, Berrien, Calhoun, Cass, Kalamazoo, St. Joseph and Van Buren counties in Michigan. It provides spiritual and bereavement support services 24 hours a day, seven days a week. The facility also offers services that include Physical, occupational and speech therapies. Borgess Hospice Services provides medical equipment and supplies related to the end of life diagnosis. It offers palliative care services that assist families with transition to hospice programs. The facility provides dietary consultation, pain management, and short-term inpatient and respite care services. Borgess Hospice Services is a member of the National Association of Hospice & Palliative Care and the Michigan Hospice & Palliative Care Organization. It is a part of Borgess Health.
