Assured at Home

Assured At Home, located in Portland, Ore., is a Medicare- and Medicaid- certified agency that provides short- and long-term health care and personalized services. It provides various services to senior adults and families, including live-in and 24-hour emergency services. It also provides assistance with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, personal hygiene and medication. It also offers social activities to patients, such as running errands, shopping, and companionship. It also provides transportation services to medical appointments, and housekeeping and laundry services. It additionally provides physical, occupational and speech therapies. It employs more than 300 medical professionals, licensed and registered nurses and caregivers who provide individualized services and special training sessions according to patients needs. Assured At Home operates the Independence at Home program for individual and families and provides hospice care. Assured At Home is a part of the Northwest Health Care Alliance.
