Bayview Health Care

Bayview Health Care, located in Waterford, Conn., is a health care center providing short-term rehabilitation, subacute, long-term, and respite care services. We service families throughout the area, including Old Saybrook, Old Lyme, East Lyme, Niantic, Waterford, New London and Norwich.Its long term and subacute care amenities include a beauty salon and barber shop, dining and recreation rooms, lounges, libraries, and phone and cable TV hookups, along with free wi-fi access, mail delivery, meals, and in-house banking. Recreation activities are provided 7 days a week. We offer various rehabilitative services, such as nursing care, joint replacement recovery, and intravenous, nutritional physical, occupational, speech and pulmonary therapies along with stroke and neurological rehabilitation services. Hospice care is also available. The center is approved by Medicare and Medicaid and it also accepts insurance coverage, including Cigna, Blue Cross and, ConnectiCare, Aetna, United Health Care.
