Bethany Pointe Health Campus

Bethany Pointe Health Campus is a part of the Trilogy Health Services. The center, located in Anderson, Ind., offers a full range of nursing care services to meet individual patient needs. The center also offers transitional and long-term care, adult day health and assisted living services. Its staff includes medical and rehabilitation specialists, nurses, nutritionists, dietitians and social workers. Additionally, the center offers various adult day health services that provide an alternative for seniors who require more social interaction than home health care services. The program offers a range of therapeutic and medical services designed to promote the independence of participants and provide respite to families and caregivers.
