Bethesda Meadow provides geriatric health care and is located in Ballwin, Mo. A part of the Bethesda Health Group, it features a more than 200-bed facility for residents, with dining rooms on every floor, library and promenade path. Its services include 24-hour nursing care and security, transitional care, rehabilitative therapy and special facilities for residents with Parkinson's disease and Alzheimer s disease, and hospice care. It has an on-site medical director with physicians, certified nursing staff, occupational, recreational and physical therapists, speech pathologists, pharmacists, dieticians and social workers.
