Care & Comfort

Founded in 12991, Care & Comfort provides quality home and mental health services to the residents of Maine. The facility offers services to children, adolescents, adults and senior citizens in more than 10 counties in Maine. It works with a team of over 400 staff members and serves nearly 600 families annually. Care & Comfort s home health division provides nursing, personal care, pediatric, adult long-term and caring companion services. The facility also operates mental health division that offers behavioral health and community support, day habilitation and outpatient counseling services. It additionally operates Home Modification Specialists of Maine, which provides home repair, maintenance and remodeling services. Care & Comfort is a member of the Maine Home Care Alliance, Eastern Maine Healthcare Systems, Health Leaders Forum, National Multiple Sclerosis Foundation and NAMI. The facility maintains its corporate headquarters in Waterville, Maine, with a location in Presque Isle, Maine.
