Carolina Meadows

Founded in 1983, Carolina Meadows was created by retirement industry professionals who wanted to start a community in which they themselves would want to live. They adopted a relatively new model of retirement living where the residents retained an equity position in the community itself. Based on that premise, they founded Equity Retirement Housing (ERH).Today, Carolina Meadows serves approximately 700 residents, and is planning its next phase of expansion.
