Centerburg Pointe is conveniently located on U.S. Route 36, just north of downtown Centerburg, making visits from family and friends an easy and enjoyable trip. Centerburg Pointe is focused on creating a home-like atmosphere beyond the barriers of a traditional long-term care community. We offer short-term rehabilitation services, skilled nursing and physical therapy for seniors.
