Christian Homes is a ministry of the Midwest District of the Evangelical Free Church of America. It provides a range of housing and health care services. Christian Homes offers various residential care programs, including 24-hour skilled nursing care, owner-occupied apartment residences, and assisted and independent living communities. It also offers hospice and supportive care programs and physical, occupational and speech therapies. In addition, Christian Homes offers personal care programs, including medication management and assistance with activities of daily living. It also serves patients with Alzheimer s disease and other dementia-related disorders. Christian Homes is a certified provider of Medicare, which is a federal health insurance program for people with disabilities and the elderly.
