Christian Hospital

Established in 1903, Christian Hospital is a nonprofit organization is a more than 490-bed facility that offers a range of health care services. Its staff is comprised of over 600 physicians and nearly 2,500 health care professionals. The hospital specializes in diabetes and cancer treatment, emergency medicine, cardiothoracic surgery, neurology, radiology, urology, pulmonology and radiation oncology. Christian Hospital also provides psychiatric services, as well as substance abuse programs. Additionally, the hospital offers services related to alcohol and chemical dependency, asthma, bone density testing, chest pain, electrophysiology, endocrinology, epilepsy, hospice, nutrition counseling, orthopedics, pain management, podiatry, radiology and wound care. It is a part of BJC HealthCare, which is one of the largest nonprofit health care organizations in the United States and operates several hospitals. Christian Hospital is located in St. Louis.
