Clover Rest Home, conveniently accessible from I-80, Route 94 and Route 46, is a small, home-like facility located in Columbia NJ in a quiet country residential neighborhood. We specialize in Long-term care, services for the memory impaired and short term rehabilitation programs with exceptional physical, speech and occupational therapy. Hospice care is also available. We accept Medicare, Medicaid, private payment and most long term care insurances. Our veteran RN's, LPN's and CNA's provide 24-hour care with continual physician and pharmacist oversight.
