CNS Community Hospice

Hospice Care, a service offered by Community Nursing Services, provides a range of palliative care programs. It specializes in family support and pain and symptom control services. Hospice Care serves 24 hours a day, seven days a week. It offers compassionate and home health care services. Hospice Care also provides physical and speech therapies. In addition, it provides pharmacy and nutritional and pastoral counseling services. Hospice Care accepts Medicare and Medicaid health coverage plans. Community Nursing Services, also known as CNS, has been providing care services throughout Utah. The organization is a nonprofit, full-service institution that has been in operation since 1929.
