Community Nursing Services, also known as CNS, is one of the oldest, nonprofit home health and hospice care agencies in Utah. Founded in 1928, it serves infants, mothers and adults. The agency offers immunization, wound care, wellness and disease prevention services. Community Nursing Services provides case management, referral and emergency response solutions. It also offers physical, occupational, speech and rehabilitative therapies. The agency provides skilled nursing, diabetic care, medication management, nutritional counseling and pain control services. Community Nursing Services offers pharmacy and referral solutions. In addition, it administers flu and mental health programs. The agency accepts Medicare and Medicaid insurance options.
