Services offered include: Skilled nursing care, Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Speech Therapy, and assistance with bathing by certified nurse aides in the comfort of your own home. Our nurses work closely with each individuals physician to ensure the best possible care is given. We provide services to individuals who reside in the following counties: Coleman, Callahan, Concho, Brown, McCulloch, Runnels, and Taylor. Our nurses have over 30 combined years of nursing experience. Medical Directors are Dr. Darron Atwood and Dr. John Horner, from Coleman Medical Associates.
