Columbus Nursing & Rehab Ctr

The Columbus Nursing and Rehabilitation Center is a 50 bed facility that offers both inpatient and outpatient services. It is a rehabilitation and long-term care center. The center offers physical, occupational, speech and recreational therapies. The Columbus Nursing and Rehabilitation Center staff includes a psychiatric, pediatric, IV specialists, and speech, occupational and physical therapists. The center also provides hospice and health care services. It operates and beauty and barber shop for both men and women. Located in Columbus, Wis., the Columbus Nursing and Rehabilitation Center is owned and operated by the Heyde Health System, which owns, operates and manages long-term health care facilities in Chippewa Falls, Wis.
