We assist older adults and people with disabilities to remain in their homes and stay active in their communities. We are not a medical home health agency but our clients care is over seen by a nurse. Staff have experience in the health care or human services field. Our goal is to provide services to enable you or your loved one to remain as independent in their home as long as posible. Through our services we work directly with families, churches, social services, and other agencies to provide the care and the solutions to our communities needs.
