Community Hospice House

Founded in 2000, Community Hospice House is a singe-story facility that serves patients with terminal illnesses. It features more than five private suites with bathrooms and patio and seating areas. The facility includes a kitchen and living, dining and meditation rooms. Community Hospice House serves over 200 patients annually. It administers various hospice programs, as well as offers pain management and emotional support services. The facility accepts Medicare and other insurance options. Community Hospice House manages the Community Hospice House Foundation, which is a public charity organization. The facility is a part of Home Health & Hospice Care, which is a nonprofit association that maintains offices in Nashua, Manchester and Merrimack in New Hampshire.
