Continucare Corporation is a group of physicians and health care professionals that provide health care services. The company provides outpatient primary care services through a network of 15 medical group offices throughout Miami-Dade County, Broward County and Hillsborough counties in Florida. Each one of the medical group offices is a modern facility with a comprehensive staff organized to meet a diverse set of primary care medical needs. Established in 1996, the company is headquartered in Miami where it employs nearly 250 people.
