I enjoy meeting all types of individuals, hearing their personal stories, and doing what I can go ensure that they are happy and healthy along their entire life-span. I believe every individual has inherent strengths that should be utilized in their quest for health. I seek to build on these strengths as well as teach new ways of coping and living well.
