All apartments are offered on a rental basis requiring no endowments fees. Its services include 24-hour concierge, room service, hotel-style dining, housekeeping and linen service and 24-hour resident security. The facilities provided by the community include outdoor activity areas, a wellness center, heated indoor pool, barbershop, all utilities, library, recreation room and safety engineered bathrooms. It is a facility of the Marrinson Senior Care Residences, which was founded in 1966 by Ralph A. Marrinson and offers a continuum of care geared towards the evolving needs of the senior citizens. Cumberland Village is located in Aiken, S.C.
