DayBreak – An Adult Day Program

DayBreak is an adult day care center primarily focusing on those loved ones experiencing some sort of memory impairment. Our participants are generally over 60 years of age, need little assistance with daily living, and demonstrating the desire to withdraw and isolate. With an assortment of services DayBreak promotes the emotional, physical, and spiritual well-being of the participant while providing respite and support for their caregiver. We will strive to sustain the participant's maximum level of functioning and independence for as long as possible in order to avoid premature or inappropriate nursing home placement - serving as an integral part of the community service network in the continuum of care.
