Lakeview Long Term Care is one of the various health care programs operated by the Eastern Health System, since 1986. It is a Medicare-certified facility, serving the community for more than 40 years. Lakeview is a more than 50-bed skilled and long-term care facility, offering a wide range of on-site services that include dental, dietary, housekeeping, laundry, podiatry, nursing and mental health care services. It also provides occupational, physical and speech therapies, medication monitoring, diagnostic X-ray services, physician, pharmacy and laboratory services. The program also provides a variety of recreational activities for its residents, including visits to museums, music shows and social gatherings. Lakeview Long Term Care is located in Birmingham, Alabama.
