Elders Home

Founded in 1960, Elders Home is a 50-plus-bed skilled nursing facility that offers a range of care services for senior citizens in Minnesota. It features more than 25 private and over 10 semiprivate rooms. The facility also provides hospice care and pain control solutions. It operates Heritage Manor, which is a 20-plus-unit that offers housekeeping and medical care services, as well as administers the Meals-On-Wheels program. Elders Home additionally operates South Haven, which provides physical, occupational and speech therapies. The organization also offers services for individuals with Alzheimer s disease. It is affiliated with the Aging Services of Minnesota and the American Association of Homes and Services for the Aging.
