Founded in 1973, Especially Kidz Health and Rehabilitation Center provides a range of primary care services for individuals who suffer from illnesses and injuries. The center offers 24-hour nursing care, wound management and infusion therapy services. It also provides respiratory therapy services for treating restrictive and obstructive pulmonary diseases. The center offers nutritional support, diet counseling and feeding services. It provides full-time social services to assist patients and their families. Especially Kidz Health and Rehabilitation Center offers physical, occupational and speech therapies, as well as on-site dental, audiology, podiatry and optometry services. The center provides transportation for medical appointments, shopping errands and other personal tasks. In partnership with Indiana Fitness Works, the center provides rehabilitative services.
