Evergreen Quality Home

Evergreen Quality Home provides a warm, loving, and caring environment for seniors who can no longer live on their own. We have been serving the Vancouver, WA area for 10+ years. We are an Adult Family Home that houses a maximum of six residents at one time. Due to this, we can provide a high level of one-on-one attention that can be adjusted with the aging process of any individual. This setting allows our residents to “age in place” meaning, they don’t have to relocate every time their need level advances, since specialized nursing care, therapy, or hospice professional can come to the AFH. Aging in place is considered a “golden standard” for senior care, because relocating can be disconcerting or disorientating to many elderly or developmentally disabled individuals. The staff at Evergreen Quality Home prides themselves on providing a safe, clean environment filled with various social and recreational activities.
