A long-term care facility for residents 12 years old or older, Good Shepherd Homeâ??Bethlehem provides persons with physical disabilities with intermediate, heavy, or skilled nursing care. Good Shepherd Home â?? Bethlehem is a 60-bed resource open to patients with primary diagnoses including, but not limited to, cerebral palsy, muscular dystrophy, quadriplegia, or Multiple Sclerosis. Residents may be referred by a physician, insurance company, discharge planner/social worker, home health agency, family member, or self-referral.
