Grace Living Center

Located in Oklahoma City, Okla., Grace Living Centers is a Medicare-certified nursing and rehabilitation facility, offering long-term nursing care, as well as short-term rehabilitation and care to individuals recovering from an illness or injury. Long-term care is available to patients suffering from heart problems, strokes, diabetes, and dementias, including Alzheimer's disease.
