We have been proudly serving the residents of Grafton Hills and Dayton since 1978. Grafton Oaks offers a 100 bed skilled care nursing center that includes Physical, Occupational and Speech Therapy. Our Registered Nurses provide around the clock coverage. Private and Semi-private rooms are available as well as a Certified Wound Care Nurse, Dietician and much more.
