Guardian Angels Homecare, LLC is committed to delivering individualized and comprehensive services to homebound clients through collaborations with a multidisciplinary team, to achieve a quality of life in which they maintain independence through companion and personal needs, as well as successfully remain in a familiar environment. Our team is made up of supervisors, nurses and social service specialists to ensure that we are able to meet any needs that arise for our consumers and clients. Our Transportation Company offers Non Emergency Medical Transportation to Medicaid eligible, as well as Private clients. Distances can range from short, on demand and/or scheduled, or longer distances with arrangements made at least 24 hours in advance.
