Full service house checking service. Check toilets, run the water in the sinks, check the fridges and deep freezer, check the windows and doors to make sure there locked, check for bugs, check the thermostat, check the outside of the house for broken shingles, tiles or any damage, check golf cart, check irrigation, mail retrieval, also will take care of weeds. Before guests come back we will do complete set up for arrival. Set up water, water heater, thermostat and anything else needed for a perfect arrival home, Free estimates. Low Rates.
