Because of this commitment, we strive to demonstrate our belief in the dignity and worth of each individual and respect your rights. We proudly serve Salt Lake, Davis and Utah counties. With Health Watch Hospice, you’ll have a team of professionals by your family’s side including a personal physician, hospice physician, nurse specialists, home health aides, chaplain care, volunteers, homemakers, and companions. For the individual receiving care and those affected, hospice can provide hope, alternatives for physicians, a more traditional/holistic care approach, emotion and spiritual support, bereavement follow-up, pain and symptom management (including medications related to life-limited illness), and medical supplies and equipment. Hospice care is covered by Medicare, Medicaid, and most private insurances.
