Heritage Care Center

Heritage Care and Rehabilitation is a part of ABCM Corporation, which manages more than 50 nursing facilities in Iowa. It has over 80 staff members and is located in Mason City, Iowa. The center features a private dining room, whirlpool, lounge and carpeted private rooms. Heritage Care and Rehabilitation also has a licensed, 15-plus-bed unit for people with Alzheimer s disease. Its rehabilitative unit allows residents to practice daily living activities and conducts recreational programs. Founded in 1973, the center additionally manages an on-site barbershop and owns and operates a lift van. It also arranges for on-site podiatry services and music, anodyne and lymphedema therapies.
