Horizon Hospice & Palliative Care

Our focus at Horizon Hospice is to provide services that offer comfort, peace, and dignity for our patients with incurable illnesses, and for their families. To this end, we have a team of compassionate professionals and part of that team includes our volunteers. We are looking for big hearted people who would like to spend time with terminally ill patients. Our volunteers help by: visiting, reading to, writing letters, sharing music, sharing a hobby or a skill, as well as other opportunities.
