Hospice Integrity

We are a team of physicians, nurses, hospice aides, social workers, volunteers and chaplains, all working together with the patient and his/her loved ones to honor the days lived and bring comfort to the days left. We believe that every person should make their own choices and that includes choosing a hospice that fits best with the patient and his/her needs.
