Island Nursing Home

Island Nursing Home, founded in 1975, is a nonprofit organization that offers a variety of respite, hospice, adult and child day care, as well as expanded community outreach programs. It offers a compliment of services catering to individual needs. The center has a separate 32-plus bed facility for residential care and assisted living and adult day care service. It offers both day and residential services for senior citizens who need extra help with meals, medication administration, physical and social stimulation and daily activities. The center s preschool program provides learning experiences for children between 30 months and 6 years of age. Island Nursing Home is located in Deer Isle, Maine.
