We provide INTERMITTENT CARE, PRESCRIPTION and EQUIPMENTS PICKUP and DELIVERY, PRESCRIPTION REFILLS organized and called in, MEDICATIONS PACKED and organized for daily use, VITALS - including GLUCLOSE (sugar), TRANSPORTATION and PATIENT ADVOCACY to DOCTOR and HOSPITAL VISITS, Education and Guidance with DIABETES and HIGH BLOOD PRESSURE, to name a few.
