The Lafayette-Redeemer is affiliated with the Holy Redeemer Health System. It offers independent living services to senior citizens. It also provides assisted living and skilled nursing services for the individuals who need specialized care. Its services include medication supervision and reminders, assistance with bathing, dressing, grooming, meal preparation, housekeeping and exercises. It also offers a wide range of services, such as personal, emotional and spiritual support and grief education. It recreational activities include playing cards, parties, dancing, jogging and a trip to malls and museums. The Lafayette-Redeemer is a nonprofit organization that does not charge an entrance fee, and located in Lexington, Ky.
