Lakeside Home Health Care, LLC, founded in 2000 by owner Jo Ann Lorentz, is one of the areas leading providers of home health nursing, personal care, and homemaking services. Lakeside was established to provide practical needs of individuals who wish to remain at home and require special services. The agency started with just one office located in Lakeville, Ohio and has now expanded to meet the needs of individuals in 5 different counties. Lakesides services are generally covered by State government programs, commercial insurance and private pay. They are also Passport approved in Ashland, Holmes and Richland counties. Our mission is to provide excellent care to each individual. We want our clients to experience a sense of independence and feel secure in the knowledge that their needs are being met by our qualified staff members who care. We strive to match our staffs abilities to specific client needs.
