The current Leisure Living Management team began in 1995 with the purchase of several assisted living facilities. Through the past several years, Leisure Living Management has continued to build and purchase distinctive residential models in both metropolitan and rural communities. Leisure Living specializes in providing quality senior lifestyle services through our distinct senior housing products that include independent living apartments, assisted living, and specialized memory care residences. While Leisure Living's executive management team successfully operates many retirement communities in Michigan, we continue to identify market opportunities in other locations and seek potential joint venture and/or strategic alliances to further the value and opportunities of the company. Leisure Living Management is pioneering a full continuum-of-care model, which will serve the elderly through a full range of products and services available at the various stages of their changing physical and mental needs. As Leisure Living continues to grow, we will keep resident care in the forefront and be innovative in the design and operation of each facility as we develop.
