The Lake Vue Gardens Convalescent Center provides nursing, rehabilitative and health care services to the residents of Washington. In addition, it provides anodyne, suction, oxygen and intravenous therapies. The center features a library, barbershop and beauty salon, courtyards, and TV and telephone connections.
