Magnolia Village is a four-star Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation Facility Magnolia Village is committed to providing high quality, compassionate care. Each staff member has a career commitment to geriatric service and sensitivity to the physical, spiritual and emotional needs and well-being of each of our residents. Magnolia Village Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation provides a full spectrum of skilled nursing services including long-term care for those persons who can no longer stay at home. Magnolia Village Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation also offers Rehabilitation therapy in house. Upon admission, each resident is evaluated by a dedicated team of therapists to determine individual rehabilitative goals. These findings set the course for a specialized care plan which is implemented to achieve maximum independence. Our goal is to return our postoperative patients to their homes.
