Located in Middletown, Conn., Middlesex Hospital Home Care offers a wide variety of services to home care patients and is operated by the Middlesex Hospital. Founded in 1900, it offers various services, including behavioral health care, diabetes management, education, cardiovascular treatment and infusion therapy, such as parenteral nutrition, antibiotic therapy and pain management.
