About Northland Hospice Northland Hospice & Palliative Care was founded in 1983 as a non-profit hospice provider. We serve individuals and families by offering choice in care, dignity in the dying process, and support for physical, emotional and spiritual needs. Care is provided to families in Flagstaff, Williams, Winslow, Sedona, Munds Park and many other northern Arizona communities. Northland Hospice also operates the Hodgepodge Thrift Store and the Olivia White Hospice Home, a 24-hour hospice facility for patients who are unable to remain in their own home. Northland Hospice and Palliative Care is a non-profit community based organization committed to excellence in end-of-life and comfort care.
